1. Orders & Accounts

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save your address, and access future benefits.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. You have up to 12 hours to request changes or cancellation. After that, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be modified.

What happens if an item is out of stock after I place an order?

In the rare case of a stock error, we’ll notify you immediately and offer a refund or an alternative of equal value.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. 100% free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum. No hidden fees.

How long does delivery take?

Order processing: 1–2 business days
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.

Do I receive shipping updates?

Yes. You’ll get:

  1. An order confirmation email right after checkout

  2. A tracking email once your order ships

  3. A delivery confirmation once it arrives

How can I track my order?

Click the tracking link in your shipping email. You’ll see real-time status and location.

3. Packaging, Gifts & Stock

What kind of packaging do you use?

All products are shipped in secure, recyclable packaging. We ensure your order arrives clean, intact, and protected.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. No invoice is included inside the package.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet — but it’s coming soon!

Can I buy gift cards?

Yes! Our digital gift cards are available in multiple amounts and are delivered instantly by email.

What if a product is unavailable?

If something you love is out of stock, subscribe to the product restock notification directly on its page — we’ll let you know the moment it’s back.

4. Returns, Refunds & Issues

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to hygiene and inventory control, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before confirming.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ve got you. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

My package is missing. What should I do?

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
– Check your front door, mailbox, and with neighbors
– Wait 24 hours (sometimes USPS marks it early)
– Still missing? Email us, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

5. Payments & Taxes

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards:
– Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
– Plus: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal

Are payments secure?

Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed by certified secure payment gateways.

Do I pay sales tax?
Sales tax is applied at checkout where legally required, based on your shipping address.

6. Privacy & Security

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. Veexlo is committed to your privacy. We never sell or share your information.
All data is encrypted and stored securely.

7. Loyalty & Affiliates

Do you offer a loyalty program?

Not yet — but we’re working on it. Sign up for our newsletter to get first access when it launches.

Can I become an affiliate?
